Step 1: "Charting Your Course"
Picture this: a ship without a destination. Would it ever reach a meaningful harbor? The same holds true for your goals. By outlining your objectives for the year, you're essentially providing the compass for your journey.
Writing things down is important - because it signifies relevance and attention to your subconscious mind.
Science, in the form of Goal-setting theory, supports the idea that specific and challenging goals enhance both performance and motivation (Locke & Latham, 2002). So, grab a pen, articulate your dreams, and let the sails of ambition unfurl.
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. It can be something as simple as “feel more positive” or “eat healthy.” But the more specific you can get, the better!
Step 2: Confronting the Shadows
Every journey encounters storms, and so too do our goals. Acknowledge the thunderheads of doubt and fear that cloud your aspirations. Drawing inspiration from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), recognize and challenge those negative thoughts. It's not about avoiding storms, but learning to navigate through them.

Bonus: Use this as a ‘script’ and record your own Hypnosis to help you visualize this for yourself daily. This will activate the regions of your brain that would be activated if this was actually happening for you already. Doing this improves chances of success, motivation and positivity.
