SESSIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Stephanie Jackson (herein referred to as “Consultant”) and Company, is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, psychotherapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician or financial analyst or accountant. Client understands that Consultant’s title is “Hypnotherapist” and has not promised to diagnose or cure Clients mental health. Consultant and Client have a mutual understanding of Consultant’s position as a mentor and Hypnotherapist with an obtained Diploma in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy recognized by the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists and a Certification in Hypnotherapy recognized by the American Board of Hypnotherapists.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Once session is booked via Zoom or through booking system, fees are 100% non-refundable, but session fees can be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. To reschedule, you must do so 24 hours prior to your session or your payment will be forfeited unless accepted otherwise. To reschedule your session, simply send an e-mail to missmindmagic@gmail.com.

TERMINATION

Mind Magic (Stephanie Jackson) is committed to providing all clients in the Program with a positive Program experience. By purchasing this product, Client agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive to Company or, Client fails to follow the Program guidelines. (No harassment, abusive or combative language). Client will still be liable to pay the total contract amount.

DUTY TO READ

Client has a duty to read these terms of participation policy. Furthermore, Client must understand and accept that Mind Magic (Stephanie Jackson) is precluded from using lack of reading as a defence against all remedies contained herein.
